Our mission was to showcase impressive 3D models with zoomable small parts that would allow every user to get their hands on the product. The client wanted to have the website built from scratch, so our responsibility was to come up with a suitable technology stack that would combine excellent performance and flawless user experience.
Headless CMS is remarkable for its easy content management and complete control over the design for the client. We chose Storyblok to decompose product data and present them in a meaningful form even to users who aren't heat exchangers aficionados. Thanks to the right stack, we achieved outstanding performance on mobile devices while showcasing sophisticated 3D models that require various post-processing. Next.js was our main technology pick, and for 3D visuals, we used Three.js.
We decided to follow the Kanban way of management during the development phase to keep the process as efficient and transparent as possible. It allowed our team to focus purely on the product and the quality of the delivery.
