We had to find a way to keep the parallel chat where hundreds of messages are sent every minute organized and without any performance issues.
The design of the Chat w/ charts allows traders to join dedicated rooms focused on various forex topics and instruments while trading them at the same time. It's also an excellent channel where FTMO can quickly share news and announcements.
To keep everything organized and spam-free, we created an administration where admins can create new chat rooms, block users and filter out spam or vulgarities. The system can also limit unusual message volumes to prevent chat flooding. We implemented the existing trading tool/library so traders can choose between trading via Chat w/ charts or a regular FTMO trading platform.
More than 13.000 professional traders use the product. Jimmy worked in the Kanban framework to deliver the highest quality and valuable product that matches FTMO's needs. In 12 weeks, we delivered a freshly looking UX/UI, smooth BE & FE code, and tested the whole product. Our cooperation with FTMO continues, and we build more great products together.
